Trip Summary

Join us for a 7-day guided motorcycle road trip to the legendary Black Hills, South Dakota. The group departs from Moose Jaw on Monday, July 20 and returns on Sunday, July 26.

Built for experienced riders, this trip combines highway riding, mountain roads, curves, scenic stops, and historic towns. Riders will spend July 21–25 based out of Deadwood, South Dakota, with daily planned routes designed around some of the region’s most memorable motorcycle roads, viewpoints, towns, and attractions.

Days of ’76

This trip is also timed during Deadwood’s Days of ’76 celebration, adding rodeo-week energy, Old West atmosphere, historic parades, saloons, and live entertainment to the evenings after the bikes are parked. Rodeo tickets and optional attractions are not included, but riders may have opportunities to take in additional events depending on timing, interest, and availability. The 2026 Days of ’76 celebration is scheduled for July 19–25 in Deadwood.

Lodging and pricing

Hotel stays are available with shared or private room options. Pricing is based on room occupancy, and single rooms may be available subject to limited availability.

Price: $1,300.00 CAD per room with 2 Queen beds  (or 1 King/Queen subject to availability)

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before July 6, 2026 will be refunded, less a $25 CAD cancellation fee.

Considerations and Requirements

This trip is intended for experienced riders. Riders must be comfortable with full-day motorcycle travel, group riding, changing weather, mountain roads, curves, and dispersed periods of technical riding conditions. This is an experienced but non-aggressive group ride, with multiple guides dispersed throughout the group.

Each rider is responsible for providing a roadworthy motorcycle with a fuel range of no less than 180 km, as well as proper riding gear, any required travel documents, insurance, fuel, meals, personal expenses, and any maintenance or repair needs.
